The problem

It supports the MV7 and its variants and nothing else, so every control the hardware has is here, named the way Shure names it. The LED ring is the light in your peripheral vision for an hour at a time, so its brightness is a setting rather than a fact of life. Identify flashes one mic when two are plugged in. Unplug it and the app says so, instead of showing controls for a microphone that left.
